Barcelona is famous for its artists and famous for its football club. What almost nobody tells you is how much the two have to do with each other.
This is a walking tour through the old town that puts Picasso, Miró, Dalí and Chillida next to the birth of the game: the first pitches of the late 19th century, the Olympic years, the movement and the bodies that these painters and sculptors could not stop drawing.
It ends where every good football conversation in this city ends: in a penya barcelonista, the neighbourhood supporters' bar, with a drink in your hand. Not a museum, not a stadium — the version the locals live.

The stop at the penya is arranged with the bar in advance, drink included, and it only works as a group booking. Fewer than ten? Ask us anyway — we sometimes join small bookings into one departure.
